Rest day - its national holiday and We have a new King

Not much done except eat a lot of grapes while watching tv after church. Why not? it is an extra ordinary National holiday today in our country. The crown prince has been crowned as the 7th king of Belgium. Although they are not as popular as the other royals in the world, I find it better that way. I hope that beginning today ends the field day of the gossip mongrel about his capacity to be a King.
Everybody knows that he doesn't have a lot of powers, so he can't do anything to harm the country anyway. Let us hope that the almighty God help and guide King Filip in performing his duites for this land. And I do hope that people learn to accept that being a king is not a choice, they are born to be one. It is a curse and a blessing rolled into one. I am a huge fan of all royals in the world. Even if King Henry VIII was a hateful one. He had given us a very rich history and lots of twisted truth making a royal level himself as an ordinary one. Having a real King and Queens makes us believe in fairy tale. Following the twist and turns in their life, knowing they are not always loved and happy all the time makes us ordinary people grateful that we are born as we are.
